Cyber By Design Incorporated can teach you how to use the programs and applications that come with most computers today. We have over 13 years experience with the evolution of Windows and its programs. As a Microsoft partner, we have inside information on all the newest Microsoft products and there capabilities. The best way to remember is to learn by doing!

Basic Lessons
The best thing about one on one lesson is that you’re not wasting time learning information you already know. Our basic lessons and support includes all the fundamentals of how to operate your computer from turning it on to starting in safe mode. You can learn the functions used most often like how to use your mouse and set your monitors resolution. We can make set up an E-mail account in outlook or outlook express easy. In addition we offer Lessons on the basic functions of the Microsoft Office programs. Most people with computers have no idea the power they have at there fingertips.

Basic lessons at your location only are $35.00 per hour or any part of an hour. It does not matter if were teaching one person on an individual bases or a group of individuals at your location so long as each person has access to a computer to follow instructions.

Corporate Training;
Most corporations have to at one time or another upgrade there applications in order to stay competitive. Many are adding employees monthly and need to get them familiar with the programs and applications that are being used by the corporation. Some need customized applications which we can write.

Cyber by design Incorporated can provide your company with the resources needed to educate employees. We can create lesson plans designed to meet the needs of your company in any format you desire from printed text to the creation of an interactive internet based learning application with testing engine that will give management an overview of each individuals progress based on the specifics needs of the company. This applications can be created to allow companies to update questions on there own.

Advanced Lessons:
Our approach to support is a bit different then most other companies that depend on you not knowing how to manage your computer. We want you to know how to do what you want so we will teach you by allowing you to do what you need to do and how to do something new quickly. Although we offer total systems management, our experience over the years is that it is better to make sure our clients understand how to do what they want.

Our advanced lessons will teach you more then the basics. For example we can help you create formulas and forms in Excel or How to create an xml page using Word. You can learn how to manage data and the differences between the types of databases in Access. How to make project maps and outlines in Visio and even now to send out surveys via E-mail that recipients will fill out and return to you with there data using InfoPath. In addition you could learn how to use the Administrative Tools in Windows allowing you to set permissions for everything. Learn how to remove those annoying applications that some websites load on your system without your permission and how to prevent it from happening in the future.

We can help you with setting up your business or home finances teaching you to create a finical database in Excel or Access. In QuickBooks pro learn the differences with an inventory item and how to automatically generate reports for everything including re-ordering inventory that you have sold.

We can show you how to keep track of web sites visited on your computer. Lean how to setup rules for blocking sites that might be inappropriate and know how to surf the web safely and the difference between TCP, UDP, ICMP and activeX and when to allow them past your firewall.

If we are not familiar with the application or program you wish to learn you can provide us with a copy and we will it learn it and then teach you what you need to know often times for less money then the support offered by the program vendor and definitely with more reliability. It is easier for use to understand directions because we know the basics of how programs work. We could all read a medical book but unless we have a foundation in medicine we will be hard pressed to know what it all means.
